Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Motel Rocks order, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and free from makeup or fragrance marks.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select your preferred shipping carrier and choose whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Print your generated return label, securely package your items with the original packing slip, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 10 business days.
